  Returning for the fourth time… but sadly this will probably be our last until the renovation has actually been completed. We have just stayed in this apartment for the fourth time. That alone says everything about how much we have loved this place over the years. The location is outstanding, the sea views are breathtaking, the rooftop terrace is fantastic and the apartment itself has always been one of our favourite places to stay on Fuerteventura. If we didn’t genuinely love it, we simply wouldn’t have returned four times. Unfortunately, this stay was also the moment we realised that we can no longer ignore how much the apartment has deteriorated. After our previous stay in August 2025, we already mentioned in our review that the apartment was beginning to suffer from a lack of maintenance and needed a proper deep clean. We sincerely hoped these comments would be taken seriously. Sadly, almost nothing has changed. On the day of our arrival this year, we immediately contacted Plus Villas via WhatsApp to report the same issues. After our stay we also sent a detailed email explaining our concerns. Their response was that Apartment 658 is the only apartment still awaiting renovation because it has been continuously occupied. While we appreciate the explanation and understand that a full renovation requires time, it is disappointing that the apartment has continued to be rented in this condition for such a long period without even the most basic maintenance. The walls behind the beds are heavily marked and really need repainting. The silicone around the showers is worn and discoloured, several areas would benefit from a professional deep clean, and even the broken plastic planters on the rooftop terrace have remained there for years. This is such a shame because the apartment itself is absolutely beautiful and deserves much better care. What makes this review different is that it comes from guests who have experienced this apartment over several years. We have seen how wonderful it was, but unfortunately we have also seen its condition gradually decline. We genuinely hope the announced renovation will finally take place, because Apartment 658 deserves it. Until the renovation and the overdue maintenance have actually been completed, however, we have decided not to return. That is a decision we make with sadness, because for many years this has been one of our favourite places to stay. We sincerely hope we will one day be able to return to the apartment we originally fell in love with.

  Just returned from a brilliant week spent at Luxe Loft Casa Atlantica. Lovely clean, spacious apartment. Fantastic views, easily accessible to everything. Ideal location with parking available. Quiet too considering everything is on your doorstep. If I had to criticize anything it would be the cups, being English we do like our cups of teas.

  Tolle Lage, schönes großzügiges Apartment mit wunderbarem Blick. Komfortable Ausstattung mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Wir haben es sehr genossen dort sein zu dürfen.

  El apartamento tiene unas vistas increibles y la terraza es ideal para desayunar / comer. La ubicación es perfecta, justo en frende de la playa y se puede ir caminando al centro del pueblo (20 min). En la zona (enfrente del piso) hay mucho sitio libre para aparcar gratis.

  Great flat wit stunning ocean view. We and our children especially enjoyed the bathtubs outside and the huge rain showers.

  Great apartment with huge outdoor space. Well furnished and convenient for the beach and shops. Unfortunately there is a lot of renovation taking place in front of the apartment block but tat shouldn't put anyone off

  Lovely apartment with an amazing view. We spend a very relaxing time in this apartment and are looking forward to come back. Everything worked very well and the response speed was very good. Thank you very much.

  El apartamento es muy espacioso, luminoso y decorado con gusto. La situación y las vistas inmejorables y en general hemos estado muy cómodos.
